Available for EMT, IMC and RMC conduit, the worker can customize the tool to any conduit rack. Without having to hand-measure or field-fabricate a means for conduit spacing, this tool GREATLY improves install time and quality for any pipe rack.
These jigs stack together with a tongue-and-groove design, meaning any size can be attached in any order, always maintaining 1 inch between pipes. Each size is labelled and color coded for quick reference:
Black for half sizes (1/2, 1 1/2, 2 1/2, 3 1/2)
Red for quarter sizes (3/4, 1 1/4)
Blue for whole sizes (1, 2, 3, 4)
Each jig is equipped with detents to hold itself in place against each conduit being installed, especially handy for overhead racks. Designed to be used with standard strut (1 5/8”), shallow strut (7/8”) and surface-mounted pipes.
Center markings make quick work of panel layout where the pipe rack terminates.
Designed and 3D printed using durable UV-resistant PETG plastic in the USA.
